All Seniors must complete and submit MCP's Seniors 2022-2023 School-End Checklist in order to be eligible to receive a diploma and to have your final transcript sent to your college. Click the link to download the form or pick up a form from Mrs. Arena's office (near the fish tank). The deadline to submit your form in order to receive your diploma at graduation is Tuesday, May 30. Questions, email Mrs. Arena at [email protected].

Join the MCP Music Department as they present the Spring Concert on Monday, May 22nd at 7:00 PM in the MCP PAC. This is a free show.

Join Mrs. Vaccaro from Monart & MCP at Mission College Prep High School July 24-28, 2023 from 9:00-2:00 for a summer youth art workshop. This art camp is open to students ages 10-16 years old. Click the link to register.

Tickets are on sale now for the MCP drama production of Newsies Jr. in the PAC. Show dates are - April 28-30 and May 7th; with a special Gala performance on Friday, May 5th. For the gala, the MCP performing arts center will be transformed into a 'dinner theatre' type seating with each couple sharing a table between their chairs to enjoy your beverages and Cinco de Mayo themed appetizers during the performance. All profits raised during this special night directly benefits the MCP performing arts department. Click the link to purchase tickets.

The Lady Royals battled through a tough Mountain League schedule and earned the 7th seed in the CIF Division 4 softball playoffs which also guaranteed them a home game.  The team defeated Golden Valley on Tuesday, May 16th at Cuesta College, and won their Thursday, May 18th game against Immanuel in extra innings. Roxanne had 22 strike outs and hit a home run in the last inning and Mikaylee followed that up by hitting an in the park grand slam to seal the victory. The team will head to McLane on Tuesday, May 23rd in the Semi-Final round. Go Lady Royals!!!

Tuesday, May 23rd is MCP's annual Royal Day celebration. This is a day filled with honoring our students and celebrating them prior to the start of finals. It is a special schedule day with school starting at 8:30 AM with an early dismissal at 1:00 PM. Students are required to be in mass dress for the Royal Day Ceremony and should bring a change of clothes for the Royal Day BBQ. Please click the image for more information.

Local youth ambassadors will share ideas using data from the AIM Ideas Lab peer-to-peer survey at the AIM State of Youth Mental Health presentation on Wednesday, May 17th from 6-8PM at the South County Regional Center. MCP students Bradley May and Andy Tracy will be representing our school at this symposium. The community is invited to participate. Click the flyer for more information.

MCP will have branded merchandise on sale in the courtyard prior to the New Student Orientation on Monday, May 15th and during Sports Physicals Night on Wednesday, May 17th. Go Royals!
