Please click the link for information about the MCP Homecoming Dance, "Royal Ball 2023". The dance is on Saturday, October 21st at MCP with games in the courtyard beginning at 7:30 PM and the dance doors will open at 8:00 PM. This is a semi-formal dance.

MCP is hosting a mini Online Auction this weekend in conjunction with the Royal Open Golf Tournament on Monday, October 16th. Attendees of the golf tournament and online friends are equally invited to participate in this online auction. This exclusive auction features four items: HWY 46 West Wine package, Black Market Spirits gift basket, a Titleist Vokey 52 Degree Wedge, and ticket to a Warriors game! The Breakfast Project is a new event we are starting once a month on a late start day. We will join together in community to share a meal, listen to a speaker and end with praise and worship music. Students, parents, faculty and staff are all invited. Please join us for the first Breakfast Project on Tuesday, October 11th in the Parish Hall at 8:30 AM.

This week, the AP Physics students were measuring the coefficient of static and kinetic friction of a wood block on a piece of plywood. Students envisioned the idea for the apparatus, chose the supplies that they needed, and collaborated on the procedure in order to obtain their data. Students will use statistical analysis in order to obtain the coefficient of friction. Students will compare their results to accepted values and address any discrepancies using a thorough analysis of their procedure and apparatus. Way to go Royals!
