Incoming Call Service Down on campus

Good Afternoon MCP Families,

We are currently experiencing an issue with our incoming call system on campus. We have alerted our carrier, and they are diagnosing the problem, but they have not yet provided a timeframe for when incoming calls will be restored.
Our outgoing call system and email system are functioning as normal, so please use email to communicate with the office. We will notify everyone as soon as the system is restored. We apologize for any inconvenience
