MCP Physical Night is almost here!

This is the most convenient way to get your student-athlete cleared for the upcoming school year. The event is open to both incoming MCP students and returning student-athletes.

The cost for a physical is $25. We accept checks or credit cards at the door. Electronic payment will also be available through GoFan. You may pre-purchase your ticket on the GoFan ticket link.

Please make sure your athlete’s athletic clearance account is created or updated for the upcoming school year. Instructions are attached and available on our website.

We will scan completed physical forms on-site before your athlete leaves campus to help expedite the clearance process. If your athlete completes a physical with their own doctor, you will need to upload the completed form to their clearance account.

Important:
Sign up if you plan to attend MCP’s physical night on Thursday, May 14th. The week of May 11th, you will receive an email from the athletic department with the time to arrive for your physical.

Please bring page one (“History Form”) of the physical document already completed. Page two (“Physical Evaluation Form”) will be completed on-site by our coaches, volunteers, and physicians.

To be cleared for MCP athletics, students must have:
1. An updated athletic clearance account
2. A current physical on file
3. Insurance Information uploaded to your home campus account

What to bring on Thursday, May 14:
1. Completed page one of the Physical Evaluation Form
2. $25 payment (cash, check, or GoFan)
3. Student-athlete


Please note that we will also have Live Scan available. This session is open to both new and current families.
