Dear Students and Parents,

I wanted to make sure our MCP families are aware of a wonderful opportunity coming up next week.

The WACAC College Fair will be held at Templeton High School on Thursday, March 19, from 6:00–8:00 PM, and more than 50 colleges and universities are expected to attend. Events like this are a great way for students and families to begin exploring different colleges, learning about programs and campus life, and connecting directly with admissions representatives.

I highly recommend this event for MCP students, and it is especially helpful for our 11th graders as they begin building their college lists and preparing for the application process next year.

Students and parents should pre-register in advance using the link below:

Once registered, students will receive a personal QR code that colleges can scan at their tables. This makes it very easy to share contact information with schools of interest and receive follow-up information after the event.

If you have never attended a college fair before, it can be a really energizing experience. Walking through the room, discovering schools you may not have previously considered, and having informal conversations with admissions representatives can make the college search process feel much more real and exciting.
