Brennon grew up just north of Seattle, Washington and is certified as an Athletic Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and as a natural running coach. He is trained for the prevention, recognition, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, as well as managment of concussions. Brennon developed a love for helping those in need as a high school student by helping physical therapists teach children with brain injuries and developmental issues how to move, walk, speak, and more.
He began his college education at Santa Barbara City College, where he also played baseball. Brennon then attended Concordia University, where he completed the Athletic Training program and became a Certified Athletic Trainer. Brennon has completed internships with the Seattle Mariners and the Anaheim Ducks. He completed his clinical rotation with Saddleback College’s football program and while there he discovered his love for teaching younger students as an assistant teacher for their sports medicine class. In his free time he enjoys playing music, camping, and participating in triathlons.
