• PAL Report Short Form (DOC, 37k) and Long Form (DOC, 61k)
  After completing your job, fill out the short or long form, then file online at the Job Reports website. For directions on how to save and upload your report form, refer to How To Guide For Reports (on Edline, see the link below).
