From Principal Mike Susank:
During this season of reflection and with that intentionality in mind, I would like to start a new tradition of making myself available to any parents or members of the community who wish to drop by campus on December 13th and enjoy a cup of coffee and share some time with me, the new principal. It is my hope that from this relationship will come some greater insight on how I can better meet your needs as parents and partners in this ministry. I want to become more aware of the challenges facing our MCP parents and hope that several of you will come be that week to talk about these things. I wish I could meet with everyone but this seems like a good first step in that direction.
I am sure that many of your schedules may prevent you from being able to participate in this event, but if your are available I will be pouring coffee and taking notes in our cafe from 8 to 9:30 AM on the morning of December 13. This is a Tuesday and for the vast majority of our students it is a study day for their final exams, which means there will be no school in session. I realize that there is no ‘perfect’ day to do this, however, this will also not be the last such event, and of course I remain available by phone or email at any time for the parent community. But on December 13 there will be coffee
