School will be closed on Monday, May 27th in recognition of Memorial Day.

This is the day the alumni 'pass the torch' and welcome the Class of 2013 into the alumni community. All alumni are invited to attend this incredible experience. More information to come!

As finals approach and Graduation following closely behind, the MCP community will make a day of celebration and leisure on Thursday, May 30th, at our annual Royal Day. 

We all look forward to a day of sharing memories of the year, acknowledging the accomplishments of our students, and passing an afternoon together in friendly competition and fun. The Royal Day awards ceremony begins at 9:00AM concluding at 11:00AM with lunch and festivities to follow!

Please join us for our annual Baccalaureate Celebration for the Class of 2013. Thursday, June 6th 6:30PM at the San Luis Obispo Mission we will be celebrating our wonderful seniors.

Please join us on Friday, June 7th as we celebrate the graduation of the class of 2013. The commencement will be downtown in the Mission Plaza beginning at 6:30PM. We are proud of our graduates and hope you will join us as we celebrate this momentous occasion!

MCP Students Named Competing Scholars

May 20, 2013

We have an announcement from the National Merit Competition
Maiya Clark, Gregory Conti, John Hollander, Annie Peckham, and Matthew Swann have been named Competing Scholars for 2014. Their scores are among the top 50,000 among 1.5 MM test takers. In September, 16,000 will be named semi-finalists, representing top scorers in state and 34,000 will be commended. Semifinalists then continue to compete for 8300 national merit scholarships in 2014.

Woolpert & Rowley Selected For Central Coast Spectacular

Join us in congratulating MCP students Connor Woolpert and Andy Rowley who have been selected to play in the 23rd Annual Central Coast All-Star Basketball Spectacular. They were selected to play on the Northern Team and selections were made by local coaches based on statistics and the honors that each player received throughout the season.

Nationally Acclaimed Author Jodee Blanco Coming To MCP

We are excited to announce that MCP will host nationally acclaimed author and motivational speaker Jodee Blanco at our school in April. OMS and MCP will each have an assembly on April 10th at MCP and host an evening seminar for faculty, staff and parents at 6:30pm at the Mission Parish Hall. Ms. Blanco was recently the keynote speaker for our countywide conference which addressed bullying and mistreatment and hosted many local high schools and agencies that work with youth. She was well received by adults and students alike.
